When are flowers delivered?
The Green Room delivers flowers between 10am and 7pm each day.
If ordered as such, we try our best to deliver on the same day. However, time of order, courier availability and distance may require next day delivery. If you have ordered same day and it is not possible, one of our lovely staff will give you a call.
Will my choice look exactly like the photo?
The Green Room team will use their unique floral skills to create you an individual design that’s sure to wow, using your chosen bouquet as their template for inspiration.
We will do our very best to capture the spirit and essence of your choice, however each design will vary according to the florist’s personality, what nature provides us with and the available varieties of the season.
We offer free delivery to the following postcodes. Free delivery applies to the initial delivery only. If re-delivery is required, a cost will be incurred.

Delivery Instructions & Choosing a "Safe Place"
To get your fresh flowers to the indeed recipient we need plenty of information … especially if it’s a business. Be ready with landline and mobile phone options, the business name, floor and apartment numbers. It all helps our couriers get your flowers there sooner.
If you have chosen the "Leave in a safe place" option in the event of no-one being home, please make sure it is undercover and away from the elements. The Green Room is not responsible for the flowers once they have been delivered to the safe place. If it's quite hidden, don't forget to send your recipient a cryptic message so they find them!
Please use the options when ordering to indicate if you would like us to redeliver the flowers if no-one is home for the flowers to be delivered. If you choose the redelivery option, a further delivery charge will be incurred (even if your flowers were initially free delivery). One of our super friendly team will give you a call to discuss your options should this occur.
Alternatively, you (or your lucky recipient) can pick up the order from the shop. Please understand that flowers are best fresh, so picking up ASAP is imperative.

Class Cancellation & Refund Policy
We will email you a reminder of your upcoming class two (2) days before the date. If you need to contact us before then though, please can the shop on (03) 9690 4383 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
if you can’t attend your booked class, no refund will be given due to the small size of The Green Room classes. You are more than welcome to send someone else in your place. Just shoot us an email and let u know who you are sending.
Each class has a minimum attendance number. In the event that this minimum is not met, we will let you know as soon as possible and you will be offered a different class date or a store credit.
If we need to cancel a class for any reason, we may do so at any time before the class is scheduled to begin. You will receive a full refund or you can choose to attend another class of the same value (or plus or minus any difference in class fee) within a 12 month period.
