Refund policy

The Green Room handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation. 

When handling a complaint regarding freshness and quality, The Green Room has a total replacement policy if the flowers are returned to the shop or there are photos to prove the poor quality.  
We aim to please and if any customer is unsatisfied with our service, quality or design we like to maintain a positive outcome and keep our customers happy within reason.  

Products sold on this website are a perishable, natural item and flowers life span is dependent on species, resulting in some flower varieties living longer than others. Flowers are a product of nature; availability is dependent on season and markets. As a result, not all goods produced are as pictured on thegreenroomflowers.com.au. By accepting these terms and conditions you are acknowledging there may be discrepancies between images and produced goods.

The Green Room must be notified within 2 days of purchase of all refunds or returns. The Green Room will not accept returns based on change of mind or design. In cases of flowers perishing within three (3) days of purchase and all care instructions have been followed or if The Green Room produced the incorrect goods, we will provide a replacement or gift certificate. The value of the gift certificate or replacement is at the discretion of The Green Room. The Green Room reserves the right to request images of original goods for our records. Replacement flowers will not be sent if the original goods have been disposed of or images have not been 
produced.

If you deem the product to be faulty we will happily replace your good/s or refund your money subject to the following:1. Please email us at info@thegreenroomflowers.com.au advising us of your concerns in relation to the good/s within 48 hours of receiving the good/s.2. Good/s will NOT be refunded where there has been a change of mind, or after the 48hr period.3. The good/s need to be returned back to The Green Room within 48 hours of The Green Room accepting the return of the goods, 5. Once we have received the good/s and are satisfied with your concerns we will either replace the good/s or issue a refund for the purchase price of the applicable item and the original freight that we charged within 7 days of receiving the returned good/s.
